Police are investigating an incident that resulted in one man being shot and two others being stabbed outside an area bar early Sept. 25.
The Houston Police Department said 22-year-old Jose Gonzalez suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to an area hospital in stable condition. Two others, 28-year-old Steven Belmarez and 22-year-old Steven Rodriguez, were stabbed and transported to the hospital in stable condition, according to HPD.
In a news release from the department, HPD said officers were called to Main Street Tap and Grill just before 3 a.m. Sept. 25 in regards to an altercation outside the bar. Police say two groups of males got into a fight that moved from inside the bar to just outside its front doors, resulting in the injuries to Gonzalez, Belmarez and Rodriguez.
