Authorities are searching for multiple suspects they say used chalk to write denigrating messages on a church building in the Heights.
The Harris County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office said in a crime alert that deputies responded to a criminal mischief call at 1400 Arlington St. around 9 a.m. Sept. 19. Precinct 1 said multiple suspects, likely teenagers, used chalk to write “white trash” and homophobic statements on the sidewalk and church building.
There are no known suspects in the case, according to Precinct 1.
